Cecil is a business executive with a wealth of experience both in the private and third sector, having helped set up a successful homeless charity in 2010. Cecil is also the Founder and Executive Director for a charitable initiative that works with marginalised individuals (mainly ex-offenders but not solely) by finding and placing them into employment. This position is further aided by his role within a national recruitment company where he oversees Operations and Business Development giving him the opportunity to present to a number of employers. Cecil has a strong background in business administration and marketing, earning chartered marketer status in 2008. His areas of expertise are branding, and digital marketing, including social media. Cecil’s greatest strengths are networking and bringing people together. Cecil also has experience in winning bids, fund raising, project proposals and management, policy writing and implementation. Hobbies include cooking, running, walking, cycling, photography, music and singing. Cecil is a singer, songwriter and performing artist with years of experience at the highest level.
