FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Edwin Panford-Quainoo is the founder and current President of CB Mentoring. He was born in
Ghana and moved to Cambridge in his early teens where he completed his secondary and sixth
form education. Professionally, he is an accomplished Pharmacist with over 20 years’
experience and a Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Global Health Fellow. He has substantial
experience in retail management and leadership. He also has project management and
consultancy abilities. Edwin has had experience working as a pharmacist in multiple countries
and has worked for several well-known companies within his field where he has delivered
training and development sessions.
Edwin holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy, Master of Public Health and currently
undertaking his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Global Health at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
Edwin’s desire in public health and the helping others became more glaring when he went back
to Ghana in 2007 to register as a pharmacist. Ever since then, he has had the desire to support
young people to fulfill their desires and navigate some of the challenges of navigating into
adulthood. With his experience of mentorship and tutoring of several pharmacy students to
become fully-fledged pharmacist, Edwin continues to aspire to empower others.
